Added missing properties to several quest items (attuned, bonded, description, etc.). Filled section of the dungeon that had been left empty. Corrected crafting interaction text (retail text found on Maggie the Jack Cat's old website).

* Update Shroud Cabal and Others Adds missing properties to Shroud Cabal quest items (value, description). Adds missing MMD reward to this quest. Adds missing clothing base to Reflective Shard (from low Harbinger quest) to match retail screenshot. Corrects clothing base on Golden Gromnie (item in Ulgrim's basement) to match retail screenshot (i.e., so gromnie is actually gold, not blue). * Update 00EC.sql Respawn to 5 min (instead of 7).

Corrected armor, spellbooks and skills for several bloodstones based on pcaps. Removed duplicate spawns and added all possible mobs to generators based on retail video. As seen in the video, the spawns inside the dungeon are random. Corrected a line of npc dialog based on retail video.
Increased critical frequency to 0.25 from 0.06. This is a wand from a level 200 quest, and should be on the upper end for quest critical frequencies (for example, in the world db, the singularity scepte has a critical frequency of 0.25).
* Neftet Skill Rebalance Updated skill levels for Neftet golems and mummies based on pcaps. Also corrected some spellbooks. In general, magic skills were too high, while some melee skills were too low. * Correct mu-miyah lord creature magic
Added missing shadow types (royal and viamontian knight types). Revised spawn density to match retail based on pcaps.
