CI regression tests

pyharm now has a couple of example tests through pytest. These need to be dramatically expanded by:

• Finding hosting for example files
• Running plots/analyses over files for basic stability checks
• Any more possible correctness checks, e.g. a pickle full of previously computed variables
• Automation through GitLab like kharma
