Description
Some updated info and changed the wording of the bug report template. Most unexpected results are about the usage / data and not actual bugs, so make it clearer that this is the template for general run time help.
Also changed advice on how to search, the Github main search will do a full-text search of wikis and issues simultaneously. Much better than the page search on the wiki page, which only gets headings.
