BUG:Reset Button is not working #53

What happened?
📌 Issue Overview
when you click on the reset botton in signup page it is not working
🔍 Steps to Reproduce
- Go to 'signUp'
- Click on 'Reset'
- the form will be same there is no state change
🎯 Expected Behavior
After clicking to Reset the form should be reset
