DOC: Add CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md for Contributor Onboarding

What's wrong with the existing documentation

I would love to work on this issue and contribute to the project.

I can add both the following files with proper and well-structured content:

CONTRIBUTING.md – including project setup instructions, contribution guidelines, pull request process, and community practices.

CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md – based on the Contributor Covenant, to help promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone.

These additions will improve onboarding for new contributors and ensure consistent collaboration within the community.

Kindly assign this issue to me so I can start working on it. Looking forward to contributing!

The current setup instructions are in the README file; you just need to move that part to CONTRIBUTING.md. Please don't modify any step.

I have added a CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, and updated the README.md accordingly.
I have not modified any existing setup steps — only moved the setup instructions from the README.md to CONTRIBUTING.md.
