PictoPy Landing Page improvements

1. The Download button does not work as intended. When clicked on Download, it should go to this section:

2. When clicked on View Docs, it should go to this site: https://aossie-org.github.io/PictoPy/

3. Change the Title and Logo of this landing page.

4. The above buttons should directly download the respective build from the "latest" release page. Therefore, we should not need to update this landing page every time a new build is released.

I couldn’t find any guideline in the CONTRIBUTING.md that prevents others from working on an issue once someone has shown interest.
