BUG:Navigation bar hidden when resizing window below desktop breakpoint

What happened?

Description

The navigation bar disappears when the application window is resized to smaller tablet or mobile width sizes, making it impossible to access navigation links and menu options.

Steps to reproduce

• Open the PicToPy application
• Resize the window to a smaller width (approximately below 768px)
• Observe the navigation bar

Expected Behavior:

The navigation bar should remain visible and accessible at all window sizes, either by:

• Adapting to smaller widths with a responsive layout
• Transforming into a hamburger menu or collapsible navigation
• Maintaining visibility with appropriate spacing adjustments
