Adding Virtual Streaming Interface (VSI) support for object detection example. This is a separate project yml file that pulls in the VSI driver added in the device layer. For VSI, some files have been copied over from AVH repo: https://github.com/ARM-software/AVH. See `device/corstone/vsi/provenance.md` for details.
