Replace latin contractions in accordance to Arm's writing guidelines.

Revert "Replace latin contractions i.e. and e.g. (#331)"

This partially reverts commit 42e7e86.

Some documents were not changed if the latin contraction replacements
had not taken place.

Bumping their version numbers only for these textual replacements is not
worth it.
