  • Relocate Exerciser tests e003 (PCIe I/O Coherency) and e007(Arrival Order) from BSA to SBSA execution path and metadata.
  • These rules PCI_IC_11 and PCI_IC_15 are conditional as part of BSA but are mandatory for SBSA as part of Rule S_PCIe_09 at Level 3
  • Running this at Level 3 in SBSA
  • Update build files, test lists, and documentation to reflect this shift.
  • Fixes Changes to align the I/O Coherency tests with the rules in specs #103
