- Move tests for rules B_PCIe_10 (e030) and B_PCIe_11 (p091) from SBSA to BSA execution - These tests now run under BSA Level > 1 instead of SBSA. - Update rule metadata, checklist documents, rule enums, and test execution logic accordingly. - Remove obsolete SBSA rule entries (S_PCIe_10 and S_PCIe_11) and add test coverage in BSA build files and rule maps.
