Expected behavior
tests-mbedmicro-rtos-mbed-threads passes

Actual behavior
It does not pass! It fails with the error: Operator new[] out of memory

Steps to reproduce
mbed test -m ARCH_PRO -t IAR -n tests-mbedmicro-rtos-mbed-threads -v

Proposed Fix

PR #3484 should fix this issue.

The PR referenced above was merged, lets retest and review this issue again.

@0xc0170 I tested that change before and after applying that patch, so it should be fine to close this. I'm out for the holidays and I don't have an ARCH_PRO with me. I won't be able to retest until after the new year. If you have one feel free to try it, though I'm pretty confident this issue should be resolved now.
