This is the manual for releasing a new release.

  1. Update SECURITY.md.
  2. Update Release notes
  3. Edit about.php in the admin folder
  4. Update Installation Wiki page.
  5. Create version Branch
  6. Add new release on github with the name of the version as name and tag.
