Donor consent

Description

General improvements, bug fixing and new features in storage and consent management.

New features:

• Sample storage (with or without associated racks) can only be done after adding them to user cart, to allow easier sample selection when in storage events.
• Samples can now be added to user cart from view for donor-samples, and view for shipments.
• Consent can be added/remove/withdrawn from donor view.
• Samples can be added from donor view linking to an existing donor consent.
• Sample disposal instruction can now be done together with sample review.
• Sample disposal will check disposal instruction/approval.
• Sample status can be update/synch automatically with active events (e.g. review, disposal, shipment, storage) on the events or separately from sample view menu.

Fixes # (issue)

• URL links in views should be changed (scheme) accordingly for https
