I have upgraded our OpenEXR package to 3.3.1 for FreeBSD, and while the new exrmanifest tool appears to build a manual page, exrmetrics seems not to, and docs/CMakeLists.txt only has a define_manpage (invoking help2man) for the former, but not the latter.

Please add an exrmetrics man page for future releases. Thank you.
