added analytics script

Change

Added analytics script that pulls { logs, receipts, euphrates_tx } data from postgres, and upload to dune/footprint.

Now we only need to run this script once a day manually or by a bot to update the data.

Test

manually run the script:

• can pull all desired data from postgres
• upload euphrate_tx to dune works
• upload { logs, receipts, euphrates_tx } data to footprint works
