we know for a fact that updates to the BCC field made after the journey was published (and then paused to enable editing it) did not make it onto the journey json. but they were visible on the transactionalEmail record afterwards.

similar to what we did before for multi-step journeys and triggeredSends, we need to fetch the transactionalEmail associated with the journey and update the journey json upon retrieve with details from the TE.
