[FEATURE] support getting+setting automation notification email address

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of now, we do not include that info in our retrieve/upsert. This means we have to go and set that manually after each deployment.

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to set error & confirmation notification email address.

• Error or skipped run: you will receive an email if the automation’s execution fails or is skipped
• Run Completion: you will receive an email once the automation’s run completes.

seems like this is simply not possible. tried everything to retrieve the info. no luck.
