Some CDAP code got duplicated, probably in a botched merge. The duplicated functions were almost but not totally identical, this PR removes the ones that appeared first in the code and thus were "inactive" as they are overwritten by the later def's.
@i-am-sijia, @dhensle please check that we are retaining the correct version of each function.
