Twitch commands

You can type commands into chat on Twitch (assuming BotLandBot is in the channel!). For an example of how parameters work, take a look at this:

!command <required parameter> [optional parameter 1] [optional parameter 2]

To use this hypothetical command, you may use something like !command Adam Hello. This shows that required parameters are in <angled brackets> and optional parameters are in [square brackets].

Points related commands

Command Parameters Description
!points [username] Outputs the amount of points the specified user has collected over time.
!gift <username> <amount> Transfers points to the specified person.
!pointshelp Shows what you can spend your points on.
!buylights Spend 25 points on a light token to control Adam's lights.
!lunchbrb <number of days> or max Uses (25*num days) points to add your Twitch Username to Adam's BRB screen when he takes a lunch break (even if it's not today). Specifying max will spend as many points as possible.
!time [username] Outputs the amount of time the specified user has been watching the stream.

Subscribers restricted commands

Command Parameters Description
!flashbang [color] Uses 5 to 25 points (random) to flash adam13531's lights. Available colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, cyan, and pink.

!reddit Links to our subreddit, /r/botland.
!discord Posts a link with which you can join the Bot Land Discord Server.
!twitter Links to the Xtonomous Twitter account (@Xtonomous).
!vod Links to the playlist of VODs on YouTube.
!twinge Links to Adam's Twinge page (Twitch statistics).
!wiki Links to this wiki.

!monetization Links to a webpage Adam made to explain the use of monetization in the final game.
!sloc Shows how many lines of code Bot Land is up to

Command Description
!today Gives the user a summary of Adam's plans for the stream going live the same day you're watching.
!uptime Let the user know for how long the stream has been running today.
!faq Show frequently-asked questions.

!quote [number] Random quote without argument. Otherwise, provides that particular quote.
