Use optimized filters
Light filter lists optimized for mobile devices
If this setting is enabled, load filters from "mobile.adtidy.org" instead of "chrome.adtidy.org".
When user changes this setting, do the following:
IMPORTANT: by default this new setting is set to false. But in case of Safari content blocker - it should be set to true AND new filters should be loaded right after install.
