Support VR ipx800V4 + poll interval + url force refresh

• Add support to get position of VR (ipx800v4)
• Add poll interval (to be always up to date)
• Add webhook to support force refresh (usefull on v4 to force refresh when relay/input change state)
• Improve install with script
• Some code optimisation (move variable to let in place of const, it's reduce load in memory by destroy variable at the and of execution context)
• Some other improvement

Break change : index VR on ipx800v4 need to be now VR05 (for exemple) in place of 05 (prevent colision between index)
