Bowler Rotation Logic update, data restructuring

Changed bowler rotation logic so WKs don't bowl, restructured team data from txt to json, changed modular responses to objects

Several bug fixes

In the v0.1 release several bugs were pointed out and I have fixed them and thus made a second release the very same day.

Note - Windows may try to block the exe setup file, click on "more info" and "Run Anyway" it is safe.
