This milestone is the absolute minimum we can get away with to have something to show for our efforts. The burnt pizza stage wont let us add content via the front end, but it will have the most basic visitor facing infrastructure. A collection of coarse grained Tasks issues are grouped together for this milestone.

The point here is to have some integration with the backend project, and have a site that the design people can be critiquing and designing around.
