Problem statement

I'm looking to use SessionAuthenticationApi. It looks like this was introduced in 13.5. When trying to upgrade to 13.5, I discovered that 13.4 is the latest version available on PyPI. It looks like there have been 3 releases on Github (up to 13.6) that have not been published to PyPI.

Proposed solution

Publish latest releases to PyPI.

Alternatives considered

I'm currently installing from Github source.

Looks like publish workflow is hitting an error, so I suppose this is more of a bug report.

We are working on new release v14 that will also include LEM v4 as well as the latest changes across all APIs.
We plan this release at the end of the month (approx).
