got error below from kseq_split - but how did this bad range get accepted in the first place ?
iramohio-01$ cat /home/perrybe/dedupGBS/farm/kmer_prism_summary/tardis_ga6ATa/split_processing.log child process 18176 started split subprocess 18177 split subprocess stdout :
split subprocess stderr : Sampling proportion ( 1000000.000000 ) should be greater than 0 and less than 1
split subprocess 18177 terminated with return value 1 child process 18176 exiting with status 1
