Repository for the publication "Detecting Diabetic Retinopathy From Smartphone Video Fundus" and the corresponding source code for the MICCAI OIMA7.

Folder Structure

scripts: Preprocessing scripts for extracting frames from videos, cropping images, and dataset splitting
