Read-only source files

@mathiasrw We changed something in our source directory and every time after git pull origin develop I need to:
a) reinstall gulp, gulp-concat, gulp-shell
b) change access mode to source files

Do you know how to solve this (at least issue b?)

What command should I use to unlock this file?

Probably the problem, that you use root user for development?

hmmmm....

I remember something about getting same error at some other projects. As I recall its about installing something with sudo - maybe git or the global version of gulp. I cant remember.

When do you get the b) error? What command did you run?

Regarding a) we have git ignored the node_module folder to limit the size. Normally you should be able to do a normal npm install and the content in node_module would not change when you pull or change branch. could you try to make a new folder and do a git clone https://github.com/agershun/alasql && npm install to see if you still have the problem?

i solved the problem with sudo chmod 755 src/, but for future we need to solve this issue. I will try to clone into the new directory and will write about results. Thank you!
