Responding to the SMS notification should post in the ride where they were most recently notified. This idea needs some UX review, and should be checked for engineering feasibility, but I think it could work.

I think this is a great idea. There is going to be the issue that all messages from rideboard.app come from a single place so it will be difficult to know what they want to respond to. Email should be easier though.

With messages, it can just be the most recent notification sent.
