  • DecompositionPlots import from SigProfilerAssignment now and not SigProfilerExtractor.
  • Example Sample.txt column name modified to "MutationType".
  • Expand the test script to include text and VCF file inputs.
  • Resolves issue with m_for_subgroups for SV and CNV inputs (closes Denovo fit of SV signatures #50).
