Added two parameters to
SigProfilerClusters.analysis();fieldandvcf_col. Allows the use of e.g. Mutect2 VCFs, which have VAFs in column 11 and not at the end of the field, which is not supported by theTCGA,sanger, orstandardVC. This PR allows the use of VAFs in subclassification with essentially any VCF that has VAFs without needing to modify the VCFs first.
