Here I am slightly updating the
simulate-scescript to deal with cells that may end up with zero counts due to rounding. (We should really remove these in scpca-nf, but I will file that separately). These were causing division by zero errors when estimating parameters for the simulations.I also increased the size of the matrix used for estimating parameters, and fixed a bug in the splice ratio calculation.
