@xhofe After #7655 is merged, all offline download tools need to return tool.status.TotalBytes (the total number of bytes of the downloaded file) in the Status function. So do not forget to add the assignment to TotalBytes in this PR before the next release is published.

Generally, a new version is released every 2-4 weeks, and all PRs will be merged before the new version is released.
