Added the remaining Hephaestus forge recipes to the Modular Machines Auto Forge. Standardized some of the formatting.
Eternal Stella was stacked in the recipe but the item doesn't stack, unstacked the recipe items.
Eternal Stella and golden dragon scale shared the same position, moved the dragon scales down to match the other inputs

Added the missing Hephaestus Forge recipes to the Modular Machines Auto Forge and standardized some of the recipe formatting.
I attempted to balance the fluids required (blood, aureal, souls, xp) based on the existing recipes that were already built.
