Add some provenance information so we can track where CSV files came from / were generated from

Maybe a JSON file that maps csv file names -> a URL where the file was downloaded from, then when we generate a Registry object we can add a field for provenance? I don't think this is a critical thing just making sure we have a path back to where things came from.

The file I generated for the mouse anatomy was built from a script, so provenance alone doesn't reproduce it. Is that something to worry about or not bother with?
