使用说明，更新后密码错误需要重置密码

docker镜像： alliot/alist:latest

因为把静态密码的salt也改了 所以数据库中的密码会校验失败

如果升级后登录不了 就重置一下密码: docker exec -it alist /bin/sh
然后执行 ./alist admin set my_new_password
