No longer require WebUI to be installed. Instead, prompts the user. Replace the XX_ALLSKY_CONFIG_XX placeholder in $WEBSITE_DIR/functions.php. Automatically update computer, latitude, longitude, and auroraMap in $WEBSITE_DIR/config.js. Support an "--update" option. Doesn't do much now, but can do more in the future.
