Can you please point me to noggin website? I've found this but I do not think that's the proper one.

I've created a role for noggin and published here.
Noggin is installed via rpm, but there's a conflict with nginx package for a well known issue documented on bugzilla.
The role install nginx as web server and configure the https to use a self-signed certificate that is generated by the role itself.
To retrieve the CA of freeipa webserver there's an ugly, unmantainable one liner exploiting openssl s_client and a couple of sed, not nice to see.
Let me know if is something suitable.
