Win7 unsafe on v6.7.5-nightly.7

⚠️ [UNSAFE] Windows 7 only release

This release uses the deprecated version of electron v22.3.27, which is the last one supporting Windows 7/8/8.1. Because of this, any user on more recent OS should not use this.
Except from the downgrade of electron, this is built on top of the v6.7.5-nightly.7 codebase of Ferdium, plus personal changes to make it purposefully distinct in name.
❗ This has not been tested on such older OSes, and there is no guarantee that this will actually all work as intended, but this might give an edge over the last version of Ferdium that supported this OS. Use it at you own risks. ❗
