Description Unit tests must be provided for the core functionality: docker services base node grpc calls wallet grpc calls Motivation and Context Tests are required. How Has This Been Tested? Manually. The tests are configured for Mac and user `matkat`. The configuration folder `/Users/matkat/Library/Caches/tari/tmp/dibbler` must be changed. Docker is started and tests were run successfully.
