Support setting grid property for components in Studio

Description

We should support setting the grid property for horizontal width for components in Studio.

Suggestion from team is that we start this implementation with the POC linked in the comment. We choose 2 screen sizes corresponding to mobile (xs) and laptop (sm/md?)

We add the slider/column component as a pure component in studio-components.
We implement the config as part of the beta component config.

Check with @Annikenkbrathen regarding colors etc.

• what should we show when this value is not set?
  • f.ex use datamodels pattern with an "add" link.
• allow user to remove this config
