Add Learning Sections for AI/ML Development and Android Development

The platform currently includes learning content focused on Frontend and Backend development. To provide a more comprehensive learning experience, we propose adding two new dedicated learning sections:

🤖 AI/ML Development

📱 Android Development

These additions will broaden the scope of topics covered and attract learners interested in modern, in-demand technologies.

Tasks to be done:-

• Create a new component/page for AI/ML Development
• Create a new component/page for Android Development
• Maintain consistent UI using React Icons and Tailwind CSS
• Add banners/images that reflect each domain
• Write a brief introduction or learning path for both sections

Benefits:-

• Help learners explore trending tech domains

• Make the project a one-stop learning hub across multiple tech stacks

• Attract contributions from a wider tech community
