Improvements in FAQ Section

I want to enhance the faq section to add + - sign when onclick the particular faq to make the user understand about the particular faq details properly and also add glowness when the particular faq is read by the user for better enhancement.
Now it is looking ordinary

Please @Amarjha01 @Sauve9119 check and assign the issue. Also add the level of contribution and gssoc25 label
