This is a v29 compliance/compatibility release. Several minor changes are made to a few small dynamics to more closely match v29, especially on higher difficulties, and retro mode is added as an option. Additionally a no logic option is implemented for those who prefer that style of randomizer and a softlock from 0.6.0 in which the smith could have or block the Moon Pearl is fixed.
