Download Raw data requires page refresh to get correct file

If i upload new data for a project and then go directly to attempt to download data on the page, it gives me the state of the project data before i uploaded the new data. If i do a page refresh i get the correct copy.
Preferred behaviour is to require a page refresh to get the most recently uploaded data.
