Describe the pull request

Thank you for contributing to the project!
Please use this template to help us handle your PR smoothly.

What

This introduces tokens for a lighter (tint) and a darker shade for each base colour in a new namespace ams.brand.color. All components have been updated to use the new tokens.

Why

Our colour palette was too small – various components need variations. Our ‘fake’ dark blue is now a shade of the ‘real’ blue. We have a hover shade for red now, as well.

How

The palettes were designed in Figma. The colour values have been copied over as new tokens. The documentation page has been updated.
