Calculator v 4

This is my solution for the simple Calculator exercise, see Version 3,2,1 for gradual implementation of android features

V 4 changes:

added strings and images to support French (alternate resources)
changed the ImageView to an ImageButton
- added method to fire implicit intent: Action view + geo Uri data
moved the inline string for result to strngs.xml
