Since the
cylindricalgeometry is not yet properly defined in the current version of the openPMD standard, the fields are now declared as havingthetaModegeometry with only one mode. This is effectively the same, but it requires adding an extra axis to the fields which contains the available modes (only one in this case). Changing to this geometry allows for the use of tools such as openPMD-viewer (see openPMD/openPMD-viewer#305) or VisualPIC for data analysis and visualization.
