Adding filters to isValid() functions to specify whether we are testing for Natural Person, Legal Entity, or both.

Adding new validation functions

Adding a new function: isValidWithoutHomoclave to check for simple RFC strings.

Initial release

Initial release, tests passing OK and base interfaces are OK. Still, some additional work is needed.
