Is "A Buffer Overflow vulnerability" a copy paste error?

While execution it did not generate any error. Initially it was tested on a moodle cms where it was allowed to access any user's profile tampering UIDs. Upon reporting it was suggested that the module is using this framework from where that security issue occurred.
